Does it work for you? I do not have the merge options. They are brand new test accounts so they are do not have any of these limitations. I reached out to support but they were not helpful.

- either of the customer profiles is a B2B customer contact
- either of the customer profiles has active gift cards
- either of the customer profiles has discounts applied
- either of the customer profiles has metafields applied
- a customer profile merge is in progress
- a customer data request is in progress
- a customer data redaction request is in progress
