How can I compile all product reviews on one page using the Debut theme?

Hi

I have added reviews to my products using the shopify review app and they all display under each product. I would like to add a page with all my reviews together. I’ve created the page and have tried adding some code but this hasn’t worked (I copied and pasted it from another forum question). Is this possible with the Debut theme at all or am I wasting my time trying to work it out?
