How can I conceal text on my collection pages?

Hello, i would like to hide the bulk of my text on my collection pages - leaving the customer to click ‘more’ if there wish to see. Is there a way to do this? HTML or not? Picture to demonstrate:

Yes, i am wanting to know how to create the ‘more’ button,

i have removed the bulk of the text i had previous as it was messy for the mean time
