I would like to be able to hide the no ratings badge on my store.
Not sure how to, could someone please help?
It’s in the bottom right hand corner, blocking the chat window.

Status: Unresolved. There is disagreement about whether GCR is still installed or embedded. Key open question: where the GCR script is enabled (app, sales channel, or injected code), since the badge persists after app removal.

That would be controlled via the Google Reviews app that you have added to the store.
I don’t have the app installed. Would you have a suggestion on how to remove it, in code?
You definitely do have the app installed. I’d double-check your apps list!

It is coming from the Google Cusotmer reviews;

Please go to Settings → Apps and Sales channels and there you will see the app.

As you can see above the only google review app is Google reviews by Homepage. I know its not responsible for the badge in the bottom right.
Any other ideas?
