Hi there. Recently, I cancelled my Shopify subscription plan. I am unable to access my account after cancelling my plan, so I can’t see if my domain auto renewal has also been cancelled. As I don’t need the domain anymore, I am not planning to renew it when it expires in July. What do I need to do to check if my domain (fragmentstore.co) auto renewal has been cancelled?
Once you close your store, we would not bill you for your domain. Even if the auto-renew is turned on! However, it can happen at times that a charge may still go through if the auto-renew is not removed by our domain partners. So the best thing to do in your scenario is to reach out to our support team via our live chat feature so we can properly assess your account and make sure you will not be charged.
