I want to rebrand my business and when I click to add to an existing domain, I got this error
There is 1 error:
- A site with that domain name already exists
The issue is that the new domain that I am trying to add had been used for some other Shopify account and I don’t have access to that account now.
I have purchased this domain from GoDaddy and I have all rights.
Can someone guide me on how to activate this domain with my existing running store?
or if there is any email by which I can contact Shopify support team that would be great.
