How can I connect Facebook and Instagram to my online store?

I’m try to set up my facebook & Instagram on my shop. When I click the connected to account, Then I click the account I want to connect to my shop. I getting a message say this for facebook & Instagram Account

This Facebook Page already has a shop. To manage your shop, or to connect an Instagram Business account, go to Commerce Manager.

Account connection and permissions such as this one are directly supported by Meta. Due to this, you’ll need to contact the Meta Support team directly so that they can further assist. You can contact Meta Support by using the Get Support option directly within your Facebook and Instagram Sales Channel/app on the Shopify admin.

Found out the problem was. It was fix by facebook.

How did you fix it because I am currently dealing with the same problem except mine involves instagram and on shopifys end it says the account in question is onboarded to a different commerce manager

To contact their support team, you can use the Get Support option directly within your Facebook and Instagram Sales Channel/app on the Shopify admin.

I had to talk to meta on the phone. Basically you have to do things in a certain order. If you already have a meta commerce account you have to deactivate it and go through shopify to create one. Problem solved. But I wish I hadn’t put in so much work just to delete it bc i did them in the wrong order.
