The Business Manager that owns your page is shown under “Page owner”. You must have admin access to it in order to connect your page to the Facebook channel. Confirm that you have admin access to your Facebook Page by going to your Business Page settings > Page Roles:
If you find that your page isn’t owned by the Business Manager that you have connected to the Facebook channel, you can either:
Connect this Business Manager to the Facebook channel instead
Transfer page ownership to the required Business Manager

Well, i am the admin for everything, but it still does not work
cant believe FB is so complex
IMHO, just a ploy to get you to pay “experts”
I agree that the process can be very tedious, once you have it set up you shouldn’t have to make any changes again in the future.
Do you recall setting up another Business Manager at all? It’s possible to be the admin for two Business Managers but we just need to ensure the correct one is connected to your Page.

when i connected to FB to Shopify, Shopify created a new account
there is not option to move back to my name

Thanks for the insight, it sounds like your page may be connected to your original business manager (your name) and now needs to be transferred to your new Shopify Business Manager. You can do this by following the instructions listed below:
