It says “Not Eligible” as I’m running my business from Pakistan and Instagram Shop isn’t available in my country.

As per Instagram’s commerce eligibility requirements, Pakistan is currently not a supported market. Only the countries listed on this page are eligible for Instagram Shopping. While this is the case, it doesn’t mean you can’t redirect customers from your Instagram posts to your product pages. This can still be done through the use of third-party platforms such as the following:
These platforms will allow you to add a URL to your Instagram page’s bio where customers can click on a post to open a product page or any page you wish to link the post to. Feel free to give it a go!
