Hello, I wanted to connect my instagram account with shopify. On myinstagram account my items as visible in the shop section but when i tried to add new items to my instagram shop from shopify it it wont let me. I have been having this trouble with connecting facebook and shopify for a very long time and can’t find a solution. The situation is getting frustrating. I just need clear instructions and a way to keep/ connect my current instagram to my shopify store. Also i deleted facebook from the apps on my shopify sore and now I am unable to add the facebook app to my shopify. When i click on add app in the shopify store it bring me to a page describing the following:
There’s no page at this address
Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need.
Therefore:
- should i create a new facebook to connect it to shopify
- should I link an existing facebook account (the account that I used to open my instagram) to connect to shopify
If anybody has any solution please let me know.
