How can I connect my Namesilo domain to my account?

Hi there! I am unable to connect my namesilo domain to my shopify account.

Please see screenshots attached and assists.

Hi @updninc ,

From the attached images you provided, I think you set up improper TTL values by mistake.

Please set TTL to 60. Time To Live is short for TTL that will influence how long your DNS setup or changes will take effect.

I cannot see all of the DNS settings in your screenshot from the third party domain host - The steps for connecting a third party domain to Shopify are as follows:

  1. On your domain provider’s website, log in to your account.

  2. Find the DNS settings or domain management area.

  3. Change the following records:

    A. Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
    B**.** If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
    C. Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
    D. Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.

Once you are certain all of these changes have been made, it can take up to 48 hours for the changes to be applied and for the new domain to “point” to your store. Please do let me know if this works for you.

Can you clarify for me please did you purchase your custom domain via Shopify, or via a third-party site like GoDaddy? Can you walk me through the exact issue you are having?
