How can I connect my .NL domain name to my webshop?

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.

For my webshop i was investigate diffrent hosting-services, one of them called Strato was my choise.
However when i started with Strato i immediately noticed that Strato was noy my platform. So i decided to cancel my Domainname and the hosting/webshop service (Guaranteed 30 day-money back), Then i decided to choise for Shopify.. the only thing is now i cant connect my domainname to my webshop.

I received an authinfo-code for: dechee.nl

But i have no idea how to connect the domainname to my webshop.

If you wish to transfer the Domain name from the current registrar to Shopify, please take a look at these instructions:

Another option is that you can continue using your current registrar (domain provider) and just connect the domain to Shopify manually by changing the DNS records.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your response, but the suggested solutions are not workable.
They only gave me a key to transfer the domainname, i dont have acces to the domain anymore.
Today i contacted their Customer Service, and they said ;

Your new hosting/webshop service company need the key to transfer the webshop domainname.
Changing the DNS records is not possible because they blocked my account ( because i canceled the order).

I hope you can still give me an solution to connect the domainname to my webshop.

Like i said, i have an acceskey called (authinfo-key) to set the domainname over.
