How can I connect my online store to my Instagram professional account?

I am trying to connect my Shopify Store to my instagram professional account. I when through all the steps but when I get to the step to connect the instagram account i get this message.

My account is in my business manager and it is a business account. I am not sure what to do at this point. I just set up the facebook sales channel. Do I need to wait the 24-48 hours until that is approved before I can add instagram.

Happy to help! Facebook and Instagram share the same vetting process as they are both owned by the same company. In this case, waiting 48 hours for the initial approval will allow you to then connect your business manager and start tagging products as needed.

Both facebook and insta have been linked and products have been approved for months but when i go into instagram instead of giving me a list of all 1400 products i can tag it only has 100 total
