Hi, I bought a domain from Godaddy, how can I connect it?

Hello,
Create a new A record and CNAME by entering the Domain DNS settings:

Shopify A and CNAME Settings:
A-Registration IP: 23.227.38.65
CNAME Record: shops.myshopify.com

Enter this information.

Then, in the shopify domains section, simply type your domain name and say check manually.

This is Kate from PageFly - Landing page builder, I’d like to suggest this idea:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel and go to Online Store > Domains.

  2. Click the “Connect existing domain” button.

  3. Enter your Godaddy domain name and click the “Next” button.

  4. Follow the instructions provided by Shopify to update your domain’s DNS settings with the custom DNS records provided. These records are used to route traffic from your domain to your Shopify store.

  5. Go back to your Shopify admin panel and click the “Verify connection” button to ensure that your domain has been properly connected.

  6. Wait for the DNS changes to propagate (usually takes 24-48 hours) and your domain should now be connected to your Shopify store.
