I have a big problem. I am trying to connect Facebook Channel and at the very last step which is ‘sells a count on facebook’ I can’t do it and it says that Facebook and Instagram shopping are unavailable in my region. I am temporarily in Iceland but I have a company in Poland and I want to sell there.
Can anyone help with this?
Instagram Shopping is available for store owners in Poland; however, not store owners in Iceland. As per Instagram’s help page:
“If you’re temporarily located outside of an available market (such as for travel), you may also lose the ability to tag products. It may take up to 2 weeks for your account to regain access.”
I suspect your IP is the issue here as you’re located in an unsupported country, despite operating from a supported country. You should have the ability to enable the channel once you’ve returned to Poland.
