The Chat Bot in the help enter section can’t help me out with my problem, so naturally he sends me this message “Got it! Click select a store to connect with a Support Advisor.”. But when I click on “Select a Store” it takes me to a black page with this code " “sid”:“59c0e72e-0e4d-4462-bdc4-fa8aad83f6ea”}".
Does anybody know how I can connect to a Shopify Advisor in another way or how to fix this problem?
I just tried, their email no longer accepts incoming messages.
