How can I connect with the same Shopify expert for a new store?

Hello everyone,

We worked with same Shopify Expert for two different Shopify Store that connected to one e-mail address.

Now we launched another Store with this same e-mail address. When I post a job (Tens of times I tried posting job-closing job-posting new job- closing job cycle) this Shopify Expert cannot see my job post.

They are from India and I even tried to narrow the possibilities with selecting English&Hindu, low/mid/high priced as a preference. But they can’t see my job post.

Is there a way to match with them? And I think there should be. Because I don’t want to start over from knowing the company, trying to aligned with them etc.

@Zworthkey I actually did that. But there is no way to connect this job with them. When I click on the Contact button it redirrects me into messages part and our chat, that’s all.
