I don’t i dont have live support option to connect shopify support team this is very strange

If you would like to get in touch with Shopify Support, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. If you are unable to successfully login to your store, you can select the option to Continue without logging in.
Once you successfully login, or selected the alternative option - you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to reach out using our support channels and speak to an Advisor about the situation.
With that being said, we can also provide assistance using the Community Forums depending on the scope of the issue.
