I need to clarify some doubts and be able to request a pro-forma invoice or formal budget before contracting any Plan, but I can’t find a way to contact someone from Shopify to specify my questions and give my personal information for said budget or pro-forma invoice. Is there any email, chat or site enabled for this purpose?

The first question would be how can I contact Shopify people to be able to have a quote or proforma invoice, I need to submit it with the tax details of both parties. So I should provide my personal details.
The second question would be if with the annual Shopify Plan there is also a three month free trial period.
The third question is whether with the annual Shopify Plan (with the monthly I already know that it is not possible), I have the possibility to use a third-party app to automatically configure shipping rates.
If so, should Shopify Markets be set up before or after the third-party app is set up?
If that’s not possible, do I have to manually set up shipping costs after activating Shopify Markets?
And finally, to know why it’s so complicated to contact a Shopify sales person and be able to ask before I sign up to ask for a quote, even though I understand that for the shipping setup questions I ask, I have to sign up.
