I have been trying for 15 minutes to contact support. I wanted to know the best way to set up a 2nd store on a subdomain since Shopify Payments is not supported in my region and I can’t have multiple markets with different currencies in one store.
The chat bot is useless since it keeps linking the docs about adding subdomains and using Shopify payments while ignoring the fact that the country I am in DOES NOT HAVE Shopify payments.
But the worst part? Even if I convince it to let me talk to a “Support Advisor”…the BUTTON DOESN’T WORK! Clicking on it just spawns a new “Contact Support” button. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/9TlmCMo
So no phone support, no email support, and now this lovely chat bot that seems to be effectively preventing paying customers from getting any help at all.
