When I go onto the live chat on the help section I click chat with a supervisor at the bottom and it brings me to this page. Please can someone tell me how else I can get into contact with someone on Shopify to change my date of birth. Had this problem now for around a week and still no solution.

Are you able to try accessing the Chat Support through an incognito window or another browser please?
I was having this issue off and on since yesterday and all today today cannot access chat support! Tried various browsers, cleared cache etc. Shopify needs to fix this immediately as you leave NO other way to contact you!
