You’ll probably have to login to your account and then visit that link for chat support.

As @Ninthony touched on, you can reach the support team via this link and logging in then following the steps.
Once logged in, add something to the search bar, click search then scroll to the bottom where it says “Get Support - Continue” and it will take you to the different ways of talking to one of our support advisors.
