I am new to Shopify and hate to admit I am terribly confused. they say there is online chat support? 24/7 online help - where? I have spent probably two hours trying to find someone to chat with or call. NO LUCK.
I have set up stores in the past on Wix and currently have one on another platform and wanted to migrate to Shopify. HOW IS THE WORLD DO I CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP? I think if I had some guidance (not read anther checklist) I could get going.
