How can I contact Shopify's real customer service for suspended account help?

Anybody can advise how to reach real customer service from Shopify?

I am lost here as I really can’t find anybody from Shopify to help. The phone number was stopped and online live chat not available and not sure where I can seek help?

For some reason can we temporarily stop the monthly payment in a short period then come back? Thanks Sunshinebeauty

If you’re looking to step away from your store, you can check if you’re able to opt for the $9 USD/month Pause and Build plan. This option is available to you if your store is currently on a paid plan and is at least 60 days past the free trial period. While we no longer have a plan that will temporarily stop your monthly subscription, the Pause and Build plan is there if you want to save on subscription fees or if you want to take a break from selling. This plan will make your checkout inaccessible but will keep the admin and the storefront accessible, if you don’t put up the password-protected page. To find out if your store can be on this plan, you can go to the Plan page of your Shopify admin and see if the Pause or deactivate store button is available there.

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
