I have been trying to get a hold of 24/7 or any support I can get but I’m going in circles. I had two stores and one I didn’t want to open because I would have to pay for another plan. So instead of closing that store they shut down my main store. I spoke with someone before and he told me everything was okay but it’s not. My customer keep contacting me that my site is inactive. I need my store opened back up. I am up-to-date on my monthly plan payment but yet I have been closed down. Someone help.

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
