How can I control the size of a video on a Studio Theme page?

I would like to add a video to a page using the Studio Theme. I don’t want the video to take up the whole width of the page. I would like it centered and about 1/3 of the width space. I have tried using “image + text” but I can’t add a video, only image, which is a shame because I would love to add a video there. I have also tried using multi-columns but again, I can’t add a video to a column. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do this?
