How can I convert a draft order into a tax invoice and send it as a PDF?

I want to change a draft order into a tax invoice and then send it to the customer to be paid (via the usual link)

I have already sent the products to the customer

The customer also wants the invoice sent as a PDF

Any help will be appreciated thanks
