Does anyone know how I can turn my cart which is currently a page into a cart drawer with the Empire theme? I don’t believe it’s in my theme editor.

i have checked empire theme but in that there is no any option like drawers in customize ->theme setting section (Like other themes for Eg. Dawn) but you can do customize code by following below link :
