How can I correct a pricing error and sold-out tag on my home page?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my product on the Home Page down at the end of the page
it says “19.99 Sold out” and the Buy Now Button it says Sold Out
Although my product is 69.99
‎
So how can I change the price from the home page and the sold-out Button
‎
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I noticed you did not provide a link to your store, so I’m hoping you can provide me with an example of what you see on your homepage. Furthermore, can you also provide a screenshot of the product in your Shopify Admin, showing the price it was set up at?

To summarize, the following details can help us narrow down the issue sooner:

  • a link to your product
  • screenshot of the pricing set up in the back-end
  • screenshot of your Buy Button and pricing being shown
  • which theme you are using, and if you have made code edits or added discount apps

This will provide context into exactly where the breakdown is occurring, along with next best steps to correct it.

Hello Olivia,

sorry I saw your message so late, I went through it for 2-3 days the problem was I didn’t link the featured product to the home page, once I linked it automatically worked out.
