hello,

I have been working on a website for a while now and finally got into the last few things to set up, i attempted to finish setting up my payements and at the last step It says my SSN number is different than that which i had entered before on their files. Is there any way to edit that? I am setting up the shopify account balance to receive them and it seems i cant go back and edit it or go into anything else as i cannot find the ssn number i had previously entered.

Thank you

Hey @AutomotiveEnthu ,

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

Had you previously provided a different SSN number in the Shopify Payments settings? As once the information is provided, it is not possible to edit the details of your Shopify Payments account. If there is a need to change these details, requests should be escalated to our support team here at this link and must come from the account owner on file.
