How do i change my date of birth because i put the wrong year and now i have trouble with verifying myself

I my case Ive been contacting Shopify since 17th of June for this exact matter which cause us lots of trouble since Shopify hold our money because the date of birth was registered wrongly by the developer of Shopify and still after a month we are waiting for Shopify to answer to our Ticket. This is very frustrating and we will escalate that to our legal department since Shopify is not responsible to answer and solve the problem.
