I am trying to correct my birthday on my account, as I mistakenly put the wrong one. Is there anyone that can please help me with this?
I changed my email, however I am still not able to get to my account on my phone. It does say the email is verified, however, I still am not able to use the account.

Do you mind sharing more information about this concern so I have a better understanding of the issue? Could you elaborate on what you mean by not being able to use the account?
