How can I correct product listings marked as 'Default' in my Dawn theme store?

Hello all.

We are trying to launch our store, Buoyant Bath and Beauty, but I’m having issues listing the materials for each product. All of them are listed as “Default”. What do I need to do to fix that? I am using the theme Dawn, version 6.0.2
