Im trying to upload my ID for verification but I need to correct the account owner name. I have gone to users and permission and made this change but the ID upload form stills has the incorrect name and therefore is not verifying it with my ID. How do I fix this issue?
Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
