How can I correct the false open order notification on our app?

Hi! The notification badge on our app says we have 1 open order but there are none. All orders have been archived. I believe the badge is showing due to an order that was marked as paid for, unfulfilled, canceled and archived. How can I make the badge notification go away? Thank you!

Here’s the step-by-step guide on how to delete an order notification on Shopify.

Step 1: Go to Settings, select Notifications

Step 2: Scroll down to the Order notifications area

Step 3: Delete an order notification

Now, find the particular notification you want to delete. Once you find some, click the bin icons right next to each notification correspondingly to eliminate those.
