How can I correctly place a widget to overlap slideshow images?

Hi experts,

I’m trying to add this widget to overlap the slideshow images. I’m not sure where to locate the image in the code so I was just placing the widget code at where I thought it may be. And the widget just keep showing either above the image or below the image :disappointed_face:

Does anyone know where I might have luck in placing into the right section in the code? Thanks in advance!

This is how I want the widget to be.

But it’s now appear like this above the image.
