We’ve observed this behavior with at least one account, and have deemed an escalation to our Engineering Team warranted. Can you tell us the name of your store so we can investigate further? In case it wasn’t your account that was attributed to the escalation, we’ll investigate so we can link this report to the existing escalation. Otherwise, rest assured that our Engineering Team has already been notified of the case and that we’ll let you know as soon as we have news from their investigation.

I am hoping that ours is the other one you are aware of that is also doing this and working on it - Africa Direct. Please let me know if you have heard back anything. :slightly_smiling_face: Losing sales as we have no dimensions on the items. Thanks in advance!

This hasn’t been fixed. All my Etsy listings are in cm and kg and it is seeing my products as international and thus the shipping profiles are off. The Marketplace Connect is a horrible app with lots of issues, not the least of which is this one.

I have this same problem. In shopify, it is in inches, yet it tells Etsy it’s in cm & kg and the shipping profile won’t allow me to change anything. Someone made a purchase and it gave them free shipping when it should not have.
