How can I create a Canada Post manifest using Shopify?

Local currency billing is available to merchants in Canada who are using a credit card to pay Shopify bills. If your store is eligible, you can follow these steps to change your billing currency:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Billing.

  2. In the Payment methods section, under Billing currency, click the … button, and then click Change billing currency.

  3. In the Change billing currency dialog, select your new billing currency from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Save.

Regarding manifests for Canada Post, I understand that it is frustrating to not have this feature built into Shopify Shipping. I’m happy to submit a feature request to our developers on your behalf for consideration in future updates.

In the meantime, you may wish to consider one of the third-party apps that can help you generate manifests, like Shippo or Ordoro. Alternatively, if you have your own contract account with Canada Post, you can follow this guide to connect it and print manifests: Canada Post shipping manifests.
