How can i make a custom page in the dawn theme ?

For example - when i make my (shipping policy) page is shows the same content of my (about us) page

In the theme customize you can choose the template pages and create new template to build a new page like you want.
Or you can install a page builder app like: PageFly PageBuilder you can build custom page by your self and it faster.
