Yes, Shopify does provide a unique link as part of the Abandoned checkouts resource ( https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-rest/2024-04/resources/abandoned-checkouts ). The parameter is called “abandoned_checkout_url”. This will lead customers directly to the checkout page where they abandoned earlier.

A single link won’t work for all abandoned carts. Each abandoned cart has it’s own unique link. Are you trying to send out emails to customers to recover the cart ?
