How can I create a floating currency selector for my website?

I want to create a floating currency selector as seen in the picture below:

I managed to isolate the code and modified it to adjust for the countries of my preference, however I am not sure of the next move or how to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

On mobile, I will use Currency Selector from the footer.

  1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code:

  1. Open your theme.liquid theme file

  2. Paste the below code before :

Both solution work well.
The application installation however is my preferred route, as is much faster and extremely easy to setup.

Would recommend 100% to use the app to anyone looking for something similar!
