I’ve been trying to create a flow that sends emails after I marked an order as “Ready for delivery”. Note that at this pint the order is still in our warehouse, “Ready for delivery” means that the delivery team gets notified so they can go to the warehouse to pickup the order and start the delivery process.
This is the flow I created. I have also tried with fulfillment event created and changing the condition to use tags isntead since every order gets tagged with “ready_for_delivery” once I’ve marked it. Nothing I’ve done is working so far. I’d appreciate your help.
When you say you have ‘marked an order as Ready for delivery’, where and how exactly do you do that? Is it simply adding the tag to the order, or is it changing the fulfillment status of the order (sending a fulfillment request)?
Interesting - you said you’ve tried using the ‘fulfillment event created’ trigger in Flow for this workflow. When using that trigger, did the workflow execute when clicking that button?
Ah, I see. Then I don’t think Flow has a trigger available yet listening to this change in the fulfillment order disposition. You can view the current list here, and we will continue to add more that will support cases like this in the future.
I need this feature too. I’ve wanted to use Local Delivery for a while now, but it’s quite useless without this capability, so I’ve been holding off. Been trying to find workarounds for a couple years to no avail. This feature was launched 3 years ago and it seems like the dev team just forgot about it…
