How can I create a hidden product section for VIPs in Dawn theme?

Hi I would like to create a hidden product section or collection for VIP only but without membership or an app. From my subscribers list- Email I would like to select who can access this VIP collection. I found a solution for debut theme with this link

but I am using Dawn with JSon and it doesn t work.

You can apply the way above in your case, but you can don’t need used the tag for customer account and instead you can use an other metafields for that.
