I am trying to find the way to have hover effect on the collection. is that a way to do it?

there is a collection section on the homepage. I would like to have a hover on it once I move the mouse on it.

is that possible? Bare in kind that I can add just one picture in the collection page in my Shopify.

It is having already opacity hover effect.
