How can I create a monthly sales report for multiple locations?

Hello,

I’ve been back and forth with customer support chat and it has been helpful but not exactly what I need.

I need one report that shows for example:

  • Show every sale that happen for the month. (rows)
  • Columns
    • Group each location as far as POS and online
    • Discount applied
    • Cost of goods
    • POS name
    • Profit
    • Discounts applied

At the beginning of the month when all sales are done for the prior month I have to be able to calculate separately all 4 location’s profit. Some items will be discounted due to staff, full price, or any other expense that comes with that item. Does any body know how to get this?

I have the Shopify Plan $79/month plan.

What do you mean by POS name? Is that the location, the staff or other?

POS is the point of sale = individual physical locations that sell the merchandise

That’s what I figured. The closest you will get to that report in Shopify is the Retail sales by Point Of Sale location. But that won’t include any of your profit information.

I believe I have it downloaded.

I believe I have to tie the “Location ID” = where the actual merchandise was taken from.

Online store doesn’t show where the inventory was shipped from… IS there a way to see where the merchandise was paid from?
