I want to create new plugin for Shopify where I want to add new payment Gateway Provider .How it can be done. Thanks in Advance

Depending where you’re based, Shopify is partnered with payment gateways which you can use to get paid for your store.
In terms of creating a new plugin or gateway yourself, this is something which isn’t currently possible. You can see the message Shopify has about creating a Hosted Payment SDK below:
