How can I create a non-shareable discount code after a survey completion?

Good morning,
I would like to create a survey with google (or if you know other systems) and at the end of the survey the person will receive an email with a discount code.
What I would like is that the link containing the discount code was not “shareable” to everyone, as I would like the discounts to actually end up with the people who completed the survey. It’s possible? How? There is a free app (I’m at the beginning and I need this survey just to get feedback)
