How can I create a photo button slider below my header banner?

Hey, i would like the following feature below my header banner on my shopify store.

essentially, it will be a slider with around 20 round buttons on it. Each button will have a photo with some text below it.

for example, a round button that has a photo of headphones on it. Underneath the button will be the text “headphones”, clicking the button will take you to another store page.

would someone be able to help with this please? Im using dawn theme.
