How can I create a product details section using tags?

Hi All,

I see most Shopify websites have a description section and a product details section in a table type of look where they list the specs of the product. how can I achieve this?

Also, is it possible to create such specs using tags the same way you can create tags for product filters?

I did eventually figure out that these are called meta fields but how can I add them on the website?
