I’d like to create a product registration form for customers to sign up their products for warranty. I was wondering if there is a way to input a form on the ‘pages’ section similiar to that of the ‘contact us’ form. Is there a way to duplicate the ‘contact us’ form and change the subject fields without doing any coding?

Elias here with Shopify Support. That’s a great question!
It’s possible to duplicate the ‘Contact us’ form and change the subject fields; however, that does involve making changes to the duplicated coding as well as manually managing the product registrations. If you’re using a Shopify-supported theme, our Theme Support may be able to help with duplicating the ‘Contact us’ form and change the subject fields for you. However, if you’re using a third-party theme - You’ll need to hire a developer to assist you with that and you can find one Shopify Experts. Shopify Experts are experienced with custom coding and they’ll be able to help with a third-party theme.
Alternatively, there are a couple of third-party apps that can provide a registration form right on your storefront, such as My Product Registration and Warranty Registration. These apps also offer built-in tools to help you manage the product registrations and warranties. If you need any assistance with these apps, you can always reach out to the developers through the contact information found in the Support section of their app pages.

Lost of useful information here to take on board. I believe we’re looking for the most straightforward method, where we won’t have to change the coding, so will definitely be contacting the Theme Support team for this, as we have used a Shopify theme.
